Conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance for Application No. 1667-5- 2011, submitted by RWR Wireless for Calvary Temple Community Church, for a zoning change from Single-Family Residential to Single-Family Residential with a Conditional Use Permit for a telecommunications tower on an undeveloped 5.542- acre tract located at 1401 Clay Mathis Road.
(Five letters in opposition to the proposed amendment have been received. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval of the application.)

Conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance amending Chapter 2 of the City Code revising City Council district boundaries for the purpose of electing Councilmembers for District Nos. 1, 2, 3 and 4.

Consider appointment of three members to the Historic Mesquite, Inc., Board of Directors for terms to expire December 31, 2014.
