Item 13 - Conduct a public hearing and consider an ordinance for Application No. 1667-5- 2011, submitted by RWR Wireless for Calvary Temple Community Church, for a zoning change from Single-Family Residential to Single-Family Residential with a Conditional Use Permit for a telecommunications tower on an undeveloped 5.542- acre tract located at 1401 Clay Mathis Road.
